Welcome to the website of the Radiant Rho Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®. Chartered on September 18, 1988, we continue to commit ourselves to serving the communities of Hudson County, New Jersey while “Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood.”

Rho Kappa Omega Chapter strives to be of “Service to all Mankind” and we do so under the leadership of our International President and CEO, Danette Anthony Reed.  As women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® we are charged with implementing and supporting the sorority’s programs of service and sisterhood under our 6 initiatives: (1) Strengthen Our Sisterhood; (2) Empower Our Families; (3) Build Our Economic Wealth; (4) Enhance Our Environment; (5) Advocate for Social Justice; and, (6) Uplift Our Local Community.
